The service in the rooms was exceptional. I felt so valued as I was traveling with my 2 boys, one a baby. I had extras of everything. Towels, bottle of water, pillows. The hotel was at a great location near everything and still quiet to sleep. The pool was warm and perfect size. Well stocked with towels and chairs. Will definitely stay there again. Easy convenience store at reception with milk for the baby, snacks.

A big comfortable room with a king size bed and a big shower, very quiet. Nice restaurants and beach not far away (by car). Amazing heated pools and a great welcome from Karsen at the reception.

Great location, away from the busy tourist area. Very quiet, perfect spot for a quick getaway with my spouse. Pool area was clean and not busy during our stay. Our room was fantastic, bed was very comfortable, bathroom very roomy. Definitely staying here again, I think we found our place when we come to Naples.

Our stay was pleasant from the moment we walked through the doors and were greeted by Ms. Janavae. She was very informative about our amenities and any other questions we had about the city and hotel. She checked on us daily to ensure all was well with us. The hotel and the rooms were very clean.

The location of the hotel was great and I liked that the hotel had only 3 floors. Our room was quiet, clean and ready well before check in time. We ate breakfast at the restaurant twice and and both times the food was awesome, especially the omelette! We used the swimming pool on the first day and it was refreshing on a hot day! We visited the Naples Botanical Garden and spent about 2-1/2 hours there walking around the trails.

Very spacy rooms. Great swimming pool. Free coffee. We could even borrow some towels and chairs for the beach.

We were looking for a hotel close to Naples but not too far away from Fort Myers Beach and Estero. With the DoubleTree Suites in North Naples, we found the perfect hotel. The staff was really nice, the room was clean & spacious and the facilities were perfectly maintained (especially the pool was really nice). Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
